Shipping policy

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order to UK addresses, with no minimum spend.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within [1 to 2] working days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within [X to Y] working days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, delays can occur because of high demand, carrier disruption or events outside our control, particularly in the weeks before Christmas. If your order has not arrived within [Z] working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it straight away.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Returns

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Full details are in our returns policy.
