This policy explains how Hook & Bracket collects and uses your personal information when you visit hookandbracket.co.uk or place an order with us.

  • our payment providers, to process your payment securely;
  • our suppliers and their delivery partners, who receive your name, delivery address and order details so they can send your order to you;
  • our order management software, which passes your order to our suppliers;
  • email and advertising services, where you have given your consent.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States, Canada and China, where our suppliers dispatch orders from. Where we transfer your information outside the UK or the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, or on the transfer being necessary to deliver your order.

We keep order and accounting records for as long as required by law, generally up to 6 years. We keep your newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe. We keep other information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above.
